F&T can coordinate submittal and RFI status, procurement trackers, punch information, warranties, and owner-facing closeout packages when included in scope. Technical approvals remain with the responsible design, code, manufacturer, authority, or licensed party.
F&T does not present itself as the architect, engineer, building official, permit authority, or licensed general contractor unless verified details are added.
