F&T helps define the problem, organize decision inputs, coordinate documents and vendors, track dependencies, and keep owners and project teams informed. F&T may receive a commission through the working relationships described below; that relationship does not mean every service is performed by one legal entity.

Commission-based working relationship for impact-resistant windows, doors, storefront systems, product selections, estimates, documentation inputs, procurement, and installation-related solutions.
The final contract must identify the responsible contracting entity, licensed scope, installer, pricing, warranties, and project obligations. Website, Instagram, legal name, licenses, and logo permission still require confirmation.

Shades by Samar / Shades & Design Studio
Commission-based working relationship for commercial and luxury window treatments, automation, outdoor shading, screens, décor procurement, and installation-related solutions. Public website and Instagram links are listed in central configuration; logo and project-image use still require approval.
The final contract must identify the responsible contracting entity, installer, pricing, warranties, and project obligations. No common ownership, exclusivity, manufacturer authorization, or legal partnership is implied.
