F&T’s office base is in Pinecrest, with consultations and site visits available by appointment for South Miami and Pinecrest general contractors, commercial teams, and homeowners.
Local coordination base
Use the Pinecrest office as the coordination point for early scope discussions, plan and proposal review, option comparisons, vendor alignment, decision tracking, and appointment-based project meetings. A full public street address will be added only after owner approval.
For general contractors
Support bid and buyout review, opening schedules, specialty scope boundaries, submittal inputs, procurement milestones, field-readiness questions, logistics, punch, and closeout for South Miami and Pinecrest projects.
For residential owners
Coordinate impact openings, interior shades, drapery, automation, exterior screens, outdoor shading, finish decisions, occupied-home logistics, and the handoffs between specialty scopes.
For commercial properties
Organize storefront and entrance packages, windows, doors, treatments, screens, operating constraints, access, phasing, protection, documentation, procurement, and turnover.
